Question

I think this is definitely a must specially if you are shooting long sessions, yes there isn't a monochrome Nikon yet, but monochrome mods are becoming easier, and they are producing amazing results, here's an example of a mod to a D5100 that feels a little bit safer than the CMOS needle scratching technique!

I'm sure that Guylain has plans to eventually expand on the capabilities of the ASCOM Filterwheel Feature - even if not solely for the rather few "Mono-fied DSLRs" out there.

 

However, I think that the line is Much Deeper with those of us eagerly awaiting Guylain's efforts for his Oft-cited Auto-Focus Feature (Camera SDK and/or ASCOM-based).

And, now that BYE v3.1.x and BYN v1.0.x are Released, hopefully he'll find time to recuperate enough to once again delve into that Auto-Focus coding effort...
