Multiple Billings for Backyard Nikon

I tried to purchase Backyard Nikon with PayPal, but it said my address did not match the PayPal information, so I re-entered the address information in another format, but it was also rejected for an incorrect address. Then I paid by credit card. Now I have received two messages from PayPal telling me they have sent $35.00.

 

Is there any way you can correct this so I only pay once, rather than 3 times?

 

Your address line will not let me put my unit number on that line, i.e., "2 West Main Street, Unit #2205" but that is what is on my PayPal account, so they don't match.

Thanks. I got two messages from PayPal, so I assumed 2 charges.  Can you confirm that the American Express charge did not go through either?

I only see 1 transaction.  For security reasons PayPal does not share the method of payment with merchant so I can not tell which one went through, I just know that I only got 1 payment.

 

Wait a few days for the transaction to show on your statement and ping me then if it shows up.
