Hi All,
I have contacted support via the contact us form with relevant details about an old version of BackyardEOS premium that I would like to upgrade to the latest version. However it has been over a week with no response and I am hoping my request somehow hasn't gone to the spam/junk folder! I do know there is a very bad wildfire situation in Canada at the moment and I sincerely hope there is no further loss of property and everyone at O'telescope is safe and sound!
Just reaching out in the hopes that admin sees this! I did follow all instructions to request an upgrade, but forgive me if I missed something!
