BYNikon and Port setup

Question

I am trying to use my Nikon 850 D with the Sky X.  I am able to connect to BYN without any problems.  But when I choose the BYN in the Sky X and try to connect I am unable.  It wants to use port 1499.  I do not have a port 1499.  I have rebooted many times, but it still does not connect.  I have tried many other ports but I have not been able to connect to my camera thru the Sky X.  There must be something I am not doing correctly.

Thank you,

Bruce

That is a TCP port... everyone has it.

Go to Settings and make sure you have 3rd Party enabled and that the port is 1499.... restart BYN, and the TCP port will be open.

ACCEPT ALL Windows Firewall warning, otherwise port 1499 will remain close.
