Trial version stopped working

Hi,

I currently have the trial version but it stopped working last night? Its comes up with a licence code error. Then asks me to enter my identifier name ... when I do this it comes back with licence error code again.

Help please .... I'd like to purchase the full licence but I can't get into the programme.

What is the error message you get?

What version of BYE are you using?  The full set of 3 numbers please.

Okay, I looked and the server logs and I see 4 back to back activations, yet you seem to indicated that it is not working, this is odd.

In any case, I have cancelled your current trial key.  Please go ahead and add it again in your cart for a second 30-day trial key.  Keep us posted please.
