Validating

Hi

I have had to reload windows on my laptop which meant i have had to reload EOS Backyard premium when i try to validate it keeps saying unable to i have used SkyAnna as my identifier and the licence key that is in my account but it will not validate? Please could you help?

It's BackyardEOS, not EOS Backyard.  For me, it's all about accurate and consistent branding for accurate product recognition and I try to point it out each time, nothing personal.

If your key is not validating you are not copying it accurately.  Use cut&paste instead if typing it manually, let letter O can easily be mistaken for the number 0.

Also, please make sure you are using the latest version, currently 3.2.1.

Thank you after 7 hours of reloading software - Licence numbers and Passwords, apologies for my freudian slip on your branding. 

I have managed to identify the problem which was associated with two accounts.
