There is a graphics bug in BackyardEOS 3.2.1 that is not present in BackyardEOS 3.2.0 that prevents entering a license key for activation (after a new installation) if the screen resolution is set to 2160p UHD (ultra high definition). I was only able to enter the license key after lowering the screen resolution to 1080p FHD (full high definition). I am using Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics (27.20.100.8438, August 2020).
