Question

500D, was working just fine..brought it in the house to work on different mounting, formatted the card..didn't change any settings. Took it back out to the laptop, hooked it up, connects just fine, yet when clicking on "Frame & Focus" it throws this error code (camera), and says to turn off & turn back on..that dosen't "fix" the issue...disconnect, reconnect, same thing..suggestions?

That's good to know..yet, what did fix it....decided to disconnect the USB cable from the cam & 'puter..reconnected them both, powered up, and seems to be fine once again..seems to have been a USB related issue, not the cam. I do use a 110v PS in the obsv, and bat's in the field. When bringing the cam inside, installed a normal bat to format the card, then reinstalled the 110v "converter" bat when taking it back outside...perhaps that's why it threw that code?? first time I've seen it though, after doing the same numerious times.
