I get down de new 3.2.1, and ned the new Licence Key and his identifier

REALLY?  You post your private software key on a public forum?  I have a zero tolerance policy for this.  This is a clear violation of the end-user license agreement.  This key has now been deactivated because you have shared it with the world.

If you want to use BYE again you'll to purchase another key.  If you share your key again you will be banned for life.

There is nothing confusing about the privacy for a commercial software key, that is personal data and should not be shared.  I have always had very strict policy about this and my reply has always been prompt and decisive, the key gets deactivated immediately and remains deactivated.  If you want to continue using BYE you need to purchase another key.

This is not a trap and this is certainly about the $ for me.  It's about responsibility and consequence.  Without a consequence, what would be the incentive not to do it?  I have to remain firm and consistent on my decision.  If you want to continue using BYE/BYN you'll need to purchase again.

First I explain the situation before I write information in your forum.

Never on my life (I hem 76 years old) someone was cut one licensee if before don’t have one advise…

You don’t have any connection with my computer and e-mail for make one single advise, only my license not work. No reason.

 I was 60 km off my home, in middle of mountains for make one astrophotography session.  You disconnect my program directly. You stop my program and period.

 When I try to arrange this problem.   and I connect to your web, and have I has difficulties for resold this problem, for no clear explications in your web for arrange it, only a forum for users, and this situation was one disaster for my.

I am not talking after introducing my license in open forum only for users, because no clear road for solutions in your web.

I considered no appropriate bought one new license.
