licence key updating from v2.0

hi, i purchased backyard eos v2 few years ago, then upgrade to v3, then i stop doing astrophotography for a while, now i want to reinstall the program but i cant get access. Unfortunately the only key i keep is the upgrade key they sent to me to install v3. hope you can help. greetings from argentina

yes, ive tried to do so, but says no valid cupon.

If you upgrade to v3 in the past you can't use your older 18 line key.

Send me your v3 upgraded key / coupon to support@otelescope.com and I'll verify against the server.

i just sent both the v2 and the v3 actualization keys, i cant remember if i actually use the actualization key
