Question

I just installed BYEOS premium. I want to use the plate solve function. I start CDC and then start BYEOS and connect both to camera and mount. I then select advanced and then select CDC as my planetarium software.
When I try to get coordinates from CDC it gives me an error saying it cannot connect. I also tried getting coordinates into AstroTotilla and it gives me an error saying there is no SAMP profile. And when I check SAMP in CDC it shows not connected to hub. And when I try to connect to SAMP it says it can't connect because there is no SAMP profile.
I'm not sure if this is related to BYEOS inability to get coordinates from CDC.
Any help would be appreciated
