i want to buy the software

I am trying to buy the premium version of this software and it is proving to be impossible.

i originally downloaded the trial  version as spy139 User.  I  didnt use the software for sometime.

I then tried to purchase the software but wasnt allowed to because it was beyond the trial date.

i then deleted the trial software thinking i could get a new code when i downloaded again. 

Alas no!! i then created a new account hoping that would solve my problem. 

Again alas no.

I have come to the conclusion you dont  want me to purchase your software!?

Bottom line is that you HAVE NOW REQUESTED a second trial key under account spy139 and spy140.  This is a clear violation of the license agreement.  You second trial key under spy140 has been deactivated.

To purchase, you need to add the classic edition or premium edition to your cart and proceed to checkout.  You keep added the trial edition and this is the cause of all your issues.

i dont have the trial version because i deleted it ....i told  you that. i feel like i am being treated like a criminal here....I JUST WANT TO BUY YOUR SOFTWARE.

i have tried to sign in as spy139  and i am locked out of that too!

look if you want me to take my money to one of your competitors just say so!

accusing me of violating the licence doesnt help. i was trying to use a bit of common sense to try to buy the software. 

how am i supposed to know you are going to ban me if i try to use some common sense.

Dude, relax... your not following the instructions.... your frustrated, I get that.

You got locked of spy139 because you failed to login 3 times, I don't have control over your password so this is not my fault.  It should be unlocked now.

You keep confusing a DOWNLOAD and a SOFTWARE KEY.

Yes, there is only ONE download for all editions.... BUT you need to PURCHASE a key from the STORE... there and only there do you have the 3 options.

You did not try the premium edition because you never added it in your cart... there is no evidence of this on the server logs for spi139 and spy140.
