Mirror Lock on D5200

I cannot get my D5200 do work with the mirror lock function, it won't go into "anti-vibrate" mode. Has anyone else encountered this?

Is there a guide or manual for BackyardNikon?

Mirror lock is not supported in V1 of BYN over camera supplied usb cable.

 

It works with a serial cable but not regular USB cables.

How does one obtain a serial usb for the D5200?

It is not complete yet, I still have a few chapters to complete but there is a lot of information already in there.

It works with a serial cable but not regular USB cables.

 

 

 

Will future versions support the "mirror lock" and "anti-vibrate" functions?

 

Also, I read that the serial usb will only support the BULB function, and not the mirror luck.

 

Can you confirm this?

 

Right now most functions work using the regular Nikon USB with my D5200,  I just can't get the "anti-vibrate" function to work.
