Hi

I have a purchased copy of BYE on my old laptop and want to install it on my new laptop but i cant log in as I cant remember the password and the email address I registered with is no longer in use and cant access it so I cant reset my password

Can anyone help me get over my issue concerning this?

I'm going to need something.... if you can't remember the email you used to purchases I may not be able to retrieve your account.  I need something that identifies your transaction.

I got your PM.  That email is not registered here on the website, which means you purchased before 2014. 

You need your key that was sent by email back then... then follow the upgrade instructions.... link on the page footer. 

The first 25 characters of that key sent pre-2014 is your free upgrade coupon.

Ive got no way of accessing those emails anymore

Sorry to hear that, neither can I.   Without your key (which is also you free upgrade coupon) there is no way to proceed

You may have to purchase again
