1st time user issue

Hello,

I have a Cannon 90D and downloaded BackyardEOS today. 

I can open program. When I "Connect" the backyard crashes to desktop. I have EOS utility and it works. I have it disabled on start up as I did not want that to cause issues. 

 

Any thoughts?

You should be choosing the Canon, not the Canon 210, drivers when you connect.

I assume that you downloaded version 3.2.0.

Good to disable the EOS Utility as it can interfere with BYE's ability to connect.

I just figured it out and came back to say I was an idiot. You where correct BTW Astroman. That was my issue. Thank you.
