Error Message in validating License Key

Just purchased the Backyard EOS Premium software. After downloading and starting the program, I get a message after I enter the key and my identifier that says: "Additional non-parsable characters are at the end of the string." Thus, I cannot validate.

You get this error because you are not entering it correctly, you're most likely making a typo.

Please use CUT&PASTE instead of keying it manually.

The cut and paste did work.Thanks. I tried several times typing it in very carefully.  I feel pretty stupid.

yeah, the letter O and the number 0 looks the same, but there are not.
