Storing Images

I am using a Canon T31 with a SanDisk in it which I am trying to get BYEOS to load images onto. Regardless of what I direct BYEOS to in settings it still loads captured images onto the laptop hard drive which I then have to load onto a flash drive and then reload them onto my PC for processing with PixInsight. Is it possible to load images directly onto the SanDisk in the Canon and if so, how do I do it?
