User defined default plan

How about a user defined default plan? I like to use 800iso f7 60sec duration? It would just save extra clicks when creating a new plan. Perhaps I'm just lazy!!!

I just finished implementing this.

I went the easy route... create a plan you like and then save it when the current "save as..." function and name it "default".  The next time you load the application it will automatically load it.

This should be in the next 3.2.0 pre-release.
