Backyard Nikon Trial needs identifier

I have been using BY Nikon trial since 14 Dec. I get the screen in the attached image. It is now asking for my identifier. I have put it in but it comes back and asks again. I have down loaded it again to make sure it is the latest version and I keep the connection to the internet on all the time. But it will not load. Looks like my trial period has expired, I thought the trial period was for 30 days. Order #43179 Thanks.

Hi Hugh,  that key is still active on the server.

However, to be safe, I have just cancelled it.  Please go ahead and add it again in your cart for a second 30-day trial.  Let me know if you still have issues with the second key.

Thankyou Guylain , that did the trick. Now I will try again with a simple capture plan of 4 lines increaseing the exposure each time. Before I had the validation problem I was have trouble saving the raw files to the pc. I had four seperate exposures but only 2 would be saved!! I will try again. Many thanks, Hugh.
