I have been using BY Nikon trial since 14 Dec. I get the screen in the attached image. It is now asking for my identifier. I have put it in but it comes back and asks again. I have down loaded it again to make sure it is the latest version and I keep the connection to the internet on all the time. But it will not load. Looks like my trial period has expired, I thought the trial period was for 30 days. Order #43179 Thanks.
