BYEOS error on settings

I just downloaded and installed the final release version of BYEOS 3.1.18.  When I run it, and try to access the settings button, I get a runtime error that states that an Unhandled exception has occurred in the application.  I also cannot toggle between day and night vision as it seems to stay in night vision.  The previous RC worked just perfectly.

I had the exact problem today after updating from 3.1.17 to 3.1.18 (Win10, newest updates and patches installed). Reinstall of 3.1.17 or 3.1.18 did not work.

Uninstall and reinstall of 3.1.18 in a new folder solved the issue for me.

Can you download / install again.  This seems like an install issue.  I just tried it again and it worked for me.

Also, if the issue remains after the re-install then I would suspect your config file is corrupted.  The easiest way to fix this is to re-install in a separate folder.

This is the classic Windows having messed up the permission on the folders where the settings are saved.  Glad the re-install solved it.
