I recently switched from using a Canon T6i to a T7. I had no problems connecting the T6i, but when I try to connect the T7 I get this:
22:25:59 Licensed to bcall
22:26:39 Attempting to connect camera...
22:26:39 Canon drivers 'Canon\' initialized.
22:26:39 DEVICEINFO DESCRIPTION IS Canon EOS Rebel T7
22:26:39 DEVICEINFO NUMBER IS 2971957769.
22:26:39 YOUR *REAL* MODEL NUMBER IS 2147484722(80000432)
22:26:39 YOUR camera is not currently supported by the Canon SDK available at the time of this software release.
22:26:39 Camera Not Found! Make sure it's connected to the PC and turned ON
I've updated to the latest camera drivers through the EOS utility. I'm running Backyard EOS 3.1.17 Premium Edition.
What's up?
