That is interesting, I didn't know Pentax had an SDK with still image control.

I'll have to look into to it to see if it is feasible. However, this is not a simple software request, it's a huge undertaking.  It took about 1 year to support Nikon and I had to purchase 3 Nikon cameras for development and testing.  It would be the same for Pentax... I'd be looking at about 1 year of work (on and off) and I guess I would need to purchase 2 to 3 Pentax cameras for development.  It's a significant investment and one I can only justify if there is enough users out there.
