I had the licence key error pop up and put in log-in name and it did not work. I then went to site to check account and only the trial version is there, what happened. i have the classic on this laptop for at least 2 years and it never done this

Did you purchase under a different account? Some people forget the account and so create a second account.

yes that was it .had different login name. thanks for the help

Going forward, you should only use the account that was used to purchase the software. You can work privately with Guylain to have the extra account deleted.
