Dave,

If you had version 3.1.x on your old PC, then you just need to install 3.1.16 onto the new PC and apply the same license key. If you still have the setup file from your old PC then you can install that onto the new PC. However, if the version of your setup file is out-of-date then you should download 3.1.16, instead.

To download BYE 3.1.16, scroll to the top of this page and click on the Downloads tab. Then select the product and follow the instructions. Once you have the software installed, you can come back to this site and log in with the same user account that you used when you purchased your license for BYE 3.1.x. Click on your username at the top of this page and select My Purchases from the menu. Then swipe across your license key and copy it to the clipboard. In BYE click on the padlock icon at the upper right of the BYE main window, select Edit license, paste in the license key and enter your username as the identifier. Your username appears to be your email address, all in lowercase characters. The identifier is case sensitive.

If you were running BYE 3.0.x or earlier on your old PC then you need to go to the BYE product page on the store portion of this site and select the Upgrade tab. Select the appropriate Upgrade option and follow the instructions. As long as you are not upgrading from a Classic license to a Premium license then there is no cost.

I hope that helps.
