Reactivate old account

I bought Backyard EOS Premium years ago from the original author, but my purchase does not show up under My Purchases.  My old laptop no longer works.  Unable to activate account on my new laptop ("License validation error! Key length invalid.").  My old license key has five lines with close to 200 digits.  The first line with five groups of five digits looks similar to the current license key format (which requires six groups).  Can you assist?

For your version of BYE, you were responsible for maintaining your 5-line key. If you lost or misplaced it you may be forced to purchase another key. With the release of BYE 3.1.0 and the domain name change to O'Telescope, your key is now maintained on the O'Telescope web site. It is always accessible to you when you log onto the site with the same username that was used to give you the license. So what you need to do is to convert your 5-line license into a new style 1-line license. To do that go to the BYE product page in the Store. Scroll down the page and click on the Upgrade tab. Then follow the instructions for using your old license to get a new one. There is no charge as long as you are not upgrading the license from Classic to Premium.

BTW, although the web site domain changed, BYE is still written and supported by the original authors.
