Need help upgrading from Ver 1.03

Currently using Version 1.03 and didn't know about Ver 2 & 3 until recently. My licence key is not recognized for any upgrade. Having 'Live View' problems with current version but now would like to upgrade to Ver 3.0.  Coming from Version 1.03, do I need to repurchase as a new user to get to Version 3.0?

Not sure what you mean by 'these' instructions. From your website, I downloaded Ver 3.03 and then tried the upgrade tab to update the lic file. This box specifically says to list your V2 key but mine is a V1 key.  Tried regardless and it was rejected ("Unable to upgrade license. Make sure you specified a valid license key).  Do I need to load Ver 2.0 first
