Fingerprint verification error.

Question

I purchased the Premium edition of Backyard EOS on June 23, 2017. I have been using it successfully ever since. However, today when I try to start it up I get a Fingerprint verification error, saying I need to validate my activation key again. But when I try to do that, using the email address I use to log into the website, I get, "License validation error! Key or Identifier error. " I have made no changes to the "Licence Key" displayed in the window.

 

I have confirmed that I can log into the website with my email address and a newly created (though identical to my original) password. I had to use "Forgot your password?" even though I had not forgotten my password.

FORGET THAT. I found my Identifier (which is NOT my email address)

Glad you got it to work.

For future reference to anyone reading this thread... your identifier is here on the web site along with your software key under the menu "My Purchases -> Orders".
