I purchased the Premium edition of Backyard EOS on June 23, 2017. I have been using it successfully ever since. However, today when I try to start it up I get a Fingerprint verification error, saying I need to validate my activation key again. But when I try to do that, using the email address I use to log into the website, I get, "License validation error! Key or Identifier error. " I have made no changes to the "Licence Key" displayed in the window.
I have confirmed that I can log into the website with my email address and a newly created (though identical to my original) password. I had to use "Forgot your password?" even though I had not forgotten my password.
FORGET THAT. I found my Identifier (which is NOT my email address)
