Image file name template saving

After setting up an image filename template (settings/image capture/filename template) I try to save it for future use.  I don't know (and am not asked) where to save it. If it is saved, there is no "import" option.

If your settings are not saved a Windows update messed up your local file security settings.

Install in a new folder and you should be fine.
