Be as specific as possible when reporting issues and *ALWAYS* include the full version number of the application you are using and your exact *CAMERA MODEL*

Dear Guylain and others on the forum. I purchased BYE premium in March 2014 (I have the key saved in an email and printed). Now I am reinstalling it after a long time not doing AP. It seems that the new version of BYE will not accept my license key (could this be due to the change stated in the new version of a license server?). Previously, I remember that the complete key needed to be entered into a large text field. Now, I see that my license key needs to be separated into character strings of 5 characters. As such, I cannot validate my premium version purchase. Advice? Any help would be appreciated.
