Image quality output problem with BEOS

Question

Image quality output problem with BEOS

I am trying to get Backyard EOS to output frames with “quality” S1  (2592x1728 pixels).  I have set the camera (Canon 60DA) at S1 and it does take pictures internally  at S1 resolution.

In BEOS when it is in the “frame and focus” the quality window shows S1.  But when I switch BEOS to “imaging” the quality window changes to L and it takes the picture at the higher resolution of 5184x3456 pixels.

I have gone through the documentation and have found nothing useful to make this happen.  I would appreciates some help.

Thanks

It is not a problem... it is working as designed.

By default BYE will -always- set it to RAW.  If you do not want this default behavior go to SETTINGS and set Image Quality to "in-camera" and BYE will leave it alone :)

The real question is why would you want anything but RAW?

Regards,
