Question

Have a licensed copy BackyardEOS and downloaded the Beta2 for my D800.  Looks familiar but has been crashing when I try to take a series of images.  The log follows.

Also my license runs out in 3 days?  What to do?

That is not a crash, it just failed to read a value.  Send me the FULL log file in "My Pictures\BackyardTEMP\logs"

Install BETA 02b in a seperate folder and this should solve the key issue, you should be good until September.

Regards.

Installed in the C: directory and still says expires in 2 days.  And got the same error when I tried to take an image.  All settings default.

Looking at your web site I see that Bulb Captures for the D800 do not work according to the grid.  I guess I can check back in later.  You should not feel bad as it does not work for Maxil DL either.  I am sure you are aware of some open source projects where the D800 does work.  I wonder what that code looks like.

Here are the logs.  Does it matter where the folder for the install is located?  I guess I can put it on root (C:).

Thanks, but those log files are from BETA02, not the latest BETA 02b <_>

I'll take a peek still.

As I said a few times already, install BETA 02b in a separate folder and you'll get a 60-day tester key.
