Hi I just bought your software, after buying and going to the order email I was sent, it is telling me my user name does not exist. I have the order number, but when I click the "view order" button in the email which I am assuming is where the key is, I am unable to get there.
Now, when I first purchased it, and first checked the email, I saw your site was down immediately after I purchased. I think something got messed up. So, what I did was create the exact same account with same user name/password hoping it would let me check that "view order" link in the email. It did not.
So I have an order# for an account that does not exist. My order # is 27233. Please help.
