Hi. I'm trying to upgrade my backyard eos. Not done it for quite a while and I think I'm trying to go from v3.1.2 (2015-1-10) to v3.1.14.
I'm getting this error message
Error occurred while trying to replace the existing file
DeleteFile;code 5
Access is denied
Anyone any idea how I fix this? Thanks for any help

Make sure that BYE is not running by looking for it in the Windows Task Manager. If you are not comfortable with killing processes with the Task Manager then just re-boot the PC before installing 3.1.
