Trail version not recognizing WiFi internet connection

I'm using the trail version for now. Using my wi-fi at home, the software recognizes my connection, but using our Dark site WiFi, it will tell me that an internet connection is required. My laptop confirms that it is connected to the sites wi-fi. What could be the issue.

Could be your anti-virus or firewall.  The call made is a simple REST API call made to the licensing server.  Nothing special about it so I suspect the a firewall setting.
