Unable to see all Capture Plan Functions

I am able to connect to my D7200 however cannot see all of the capture plan functions (see attachment). I can build a plan but cannot save it or load one. I upgraded to 1.0 premium from classic and I couldn't connect (although it's supposed to be supported) however capture seemed to have all functionality. What's causing the capture plan feature?

Hi, there is no issue at all with the capture plan on the document you have attached. 

However, you have not activated your premium purchase, you are still running off the classic key you have.

Please follow these instructions; go to step #3 directly in your case.
