Dear Guylain

Thank your for your terse and unhelpful reply. I note that it was your insistence to make it public.The facts are as I see  are thatI have tried your software and am very happy to purchase the premium version which I have done today. I can see the keys in the orders area. If what you are trying to tell me  is that my trial version simply needs new activation codes I cannot access my trial version because it has expired.

So i have paid for something which you have not delivered and your reply does not help in any way because I cannot see any downloader under the tag "Downloads" simply a list of previous versions. Obviously I am logged into your site. Now kindly take my query and your unhelpful reply to a supervisor and provide me what I have paid for because nothing in your email solves my problem. I need to know how to download the software. I di not have any of this grief downloading the trial version.

Hi Mal,

Thank you for posting here on the forum, these questions help building a solid knowledge base.

I don't see what the issue is.  I have verified your account and your purchase key in in your client area under "My Purchases -> Orders".

You can download from the download menu... however... if you already have the trial installed (which you do) you do not need to download again.  Just start BackyardEOS already installed and enter your purchase key when prompted.  If your trial key is still active and you are not prompted to enter you key you can click in padlock icon in BackyardEOS upper right corner and enter your key there.

Oh, and there is no such list of previous versions... it''s a list of ALL versions.  Pick the one at the top of the list and this is the latest and greatest version.

There are no superior, I'm the owner... who his kindly offering free support at 1:37 am on a Sunday evening (or Monday early in the morning I should say).  

This is just a small misunderstanding in what you need to do so activate your purchase key which was issued instantly during the purchase process.
