BYEOS Freeze out

After connecting camera .... go to frame and focus... I get nothing likes to freeze.... is there any way I can down load a older version of BYES .... say 3.1.0? It seems the last couple upgrades, things like to freeze on me when Im ready to go. But when in the house  .... going thru some dry runs it works.... SO id rather do an older version. .... Outside right now... and it BYEOS not working.

You can download older version form the download page already.

However, it serves no purpose to report something and not allowing us to examine the log files.  Please send them to support@otelescope.com and I'll take a look, there might be something in there that could help.

Usually when someone is reporting a freeze in live view it is due to live view having been disabled on the camera or the sensor on the camera being too hot and the camera will shut it down to prevent damage.

Hi there, any news on this.  I would like to take a peek at your log files and see if anything shows up that would explain the behavior your got.
