Hi, I purchased Backyard EOS in June 2014. I have an email with my software key. New versions of the software require a different key. I've seen in the forum that it can be found under "my purchases". Problem is, when I purchased the software I didn't have an account or at least if I did back then I don't have the information. I created an account using the email address that my original key was mailed to but as I suspected that didn't get me anywhere. Is there a way to use my existing key to obtain an upgraded key?
