Hello - I do not see any other location to send my request. I received a new autoguider and guide scope for my birthday in late January and downloaded the Backyard EOS trial version. Without a word of a lie we have had two clear nights since January. I live in Southern Ontario, Canada, and we have been experiencing the worst "drought" of clear skies in recent memory. I belong to the local chapter of the Astronomical Society and even the serious astrophotographers who have remote observatories have had zero imaging nights since Christmas. I have had one night last weekend to try and set up and try to use the Backyard EOS. Is there any chance that I can be allowed to restart my trial period? I appreciate that it's my problem I live in such a terrible viewing location ... I'm at your mercy.
