Be as specific as possible when reporting issues and *ALWAYS* include the full version number of the application you are using and your exact *CAMERA MODEL*

Guylain, I updated to Windows 10 and lost my BYEOS software in process. Didnt realise it was missing until day before trip to dark sky site, but that is a sad story and my fault for not checking earlier.
I have a BYEOS V3 key but when I go in to download software it wants me to buy a new key.
I had to register again to get into forum and post this note. If you can give me an email address, I can send you a copy of key / email address I previously used.
