Be as specific as possible when reporting issues and *ALWAYS* include the full version number of the application you are using and your exact *CAMERA MODEL*

I've just bought the premium edition after using the trial version for the allotted period.
Now it gets confusing. There is nowhere that I can find a download link to the premium version. So I try to download the latest version and I just get a pop up box telling me trial has expired and to add my username. I do this and it just tells me this is invalid. I've uninstalled everything and tried again - same thing happens. Do I need to create a new account or something?
I'm tired after a night without sleep spent imaging - so I am probably missing something absolutely simple.
Can anyone point me in the right direction here?
