My Purchases missing?

I apologize, this question has probably been asked many times but I can't find the answer in the forums. I recently reimaged my laptop to reinstall Win 7. I thought I had backed up all my information, but apparently not. When trying to reinstall BYE 3.1.5, the screen that comes up has the 6 field license key. I had saved a key from before but it's the very long, umpteenth character one. Realizing I may have to grab a key off of the user area in my account, I logged in but it shows no record of my purchases. Am I missing something? I apologize again - I realize how tiresome the 'lost key' issue is.

If you do not see your key online it means you have created a second account and your key is under the other account.

I tried doing a password reset just in case I had the password wrong. I realize that it wasn't likely you'd have two accounts with the same login but I thought I'd give it a try. I asked for the password reset under the email I normally use and it sent me reset info for the user name I had been logging in with. Same result - no list of purchases. Just in case, I tried logging in with the only other email account I have but it did not find a user for that address. Logging in under this user name does say I've been a member since March '14 which is just about right. So I'm a bit perplexed. I'd hate to have to buy another license but if that's the case I'll go with it. I haven't been active on the account for a while so I don't know if that's a problem.

Hi Mark,

 

Send me an email at support@otelescope.com with all possible emails you could have used to purchase BYE and I will do a search.  If you bought BYE with any emails you provide I will find it.

We're on the same wavelength. I found an email from 2013 with my upgrade key from 2.x to 3.0. I will forward it to you.

Your key is under user name "Markf", not "mfpalmer".

My license does not show up in "my purchases".
