Hi, I have tried to download a trial copy of BackyardEOS but I think I must have screwed up typing in the Key which came in the e-mail as it is now de-activated. I have tried to download the software to my laptop but I did not get a further e-mail with a new key. I am now stuck. I have e-mailed the Administrator for help but have not yet received a reply can anyone else help?
On a separate note my laptop will be used to record my astronomy video but I would also like to have the software on my desktop machine which will enable me to more easily learn how to use it. Will I be able to do this after I purchase the software?
