Trial Key deactivated

Hi, I have tried to download a trial copy of BackyardEOS but I think I must have screwed up typing in the Key which came in the e-mail as it is now de-activated. I have tried to download the software to my laptop but I did not get a further e-mail with a new key. I am now stuck. I have e-mailed the Administrator for help but have not yet received a reply can anyone else help? 

 

On a separate note my laptop will be used to record my astronomy video but I would also like to have the software on my desktop machine which will enable me to more easily learn how to use it. Will I be able to do this after I purchase the software?

The software is not as daunting to this 75 year old as I had anticipated! Thank you for sorting out the trial. I have now purchased the Classic version but when I come to launch it only the trial version appears although the purchased version appears on my account in the members area.

 

Can you help further?

You now need to tell BackyardEOS to use your purchase key.

 

1) Click on "My Purchases" here on the website in the upper right corner, your purchase key is there.

 

2) Start BackyardEOS on your computer and click the "PADLOCK" icon in the upper right corner and enter your purchase key there.
