Small improvement to capture plan center

When not actively imaging there's a lot of wasted space in the capture plan center.

I think the exposures list could go to the bottom or be expanded with an arrow to go to the bottom when not actively imaging

Yes it could, and it should expand  

 

The initial implementation of showing 5 only was to ensure the app would still work on smaller notebook resolution... but there is not good reason why it should not take advantage of the full screen real estate when available.
