In BYE 3.1.6 and BYN 1.0.6 the user guide will be provided in a PDF format instead of CHM format.

The PDF has a table of content and is clickable.

The PDF format will allow anyone to actually print the user guide; CHM made that difficult.

The official user guide is provided as a .chm help file.  You can access by clicking the "?" icon in BackyardEOS/BackyardNIKON or by clicking the actual file in the install folder.

Not sure if that is what you are looking for though.
