Yes, ISO is definitely a factor for bias frames.

 

You will find some sites that says that bias temperature is important and some say it is not.  Personally I do not match my bias temperature as I do with darks and lights.

Hmm, in some info I was reading it was suggested to make a master Bias frame to allow scaling of a master Dark Frame by shooting the Bias frames at the same iso & temperature as the Dark frames. You comment would suggest iso is the only controlling factor, thus a master Bias frame would work with a range of temps as long as the iso was the same? True or False?
