Hi Mike,

Do you have an image displayed from your current session?  The mask image feature overlays an image on top of the current one... so if one is not there already it may not work.

What is the image type of the image you are loading as a masked image?

If you drag that image (from Windows) into the BYE picture box area, do it load?

Keep us posted, that feature has been there for years and did not change in at lease 2 years.

Hi Mike,

I just tested it and that was it.  You need at lease one image displayed from your current session to apply the masked image onto.

If you only want to preview images from a previous session drag them from Windows into the BYE picture box area and they should load.  This is a premium feature, should work in the trial as well.

There is no blink function in BYE.

Can you post a print screen of what your are trying to do, I have a hard time following the conversation because your are using the word loop and mask framing in the came context.  Loop and mask framing are 2 unrelated feature in BYE and there is no blink feature.

Hope this makes sense.
