Question

Downloaded v3.1.5. Program starts but as soon as I try to do anything (and even if I don't) the program crashes and flashes an error "console not responding".  I have tried reinstalling but I keep getting asked to close down applications, but as far as I am aware none are running (I tried installing after restarting: no change).  I am running windows 10, canon 100D.
