Hi -
I installed the software that I paid for on my new laptop and I used the validation key I got via email when I bought it, yet it won't validate. I am not upgrading, I am just installing on a new machine. The old one is not working any more. I was directed to the upgrades page, but I'm not upgrading so I'm afraid that I still don't know what to do and I am missing out on clear skies.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance -
