Nikon Z6 III camera connection

Hello,

I cannot connect my Nikon Z6 III. I do not see it as a camera selection. It says " camera not found". Please add the Nikon Z6 III so I can use Backyard Nikon with this camera. Thank you - Gene

I downloaded the new Nikon SDK last week, and Nikon has changed the SDK structure for the Z series cameras. I need to figure out how it works compared to the older Nikon SDK MD3 files, this may take some time to support.

OK Thanks for the update, please keep me posted. Happy to help with testing. I updated the firmware in my Z 6 III to 2.0. Does the firmware update incorporate the new Nikon SDK? Thanks - Gene

Its been a few weeks and so I wanted to check on the status of the getting the Nikon Z 6 III to connect to BYN. Any progress or a date that it may be completed?

no update yet, this make take a few months, Nikon has completely changed their sdk for the z models.
